Internal Clock
It is 5 a.m. Time to wake up, rise, and seize the day. My internal clock is calibrated for this hour. When I commit to an early start, it becomes a reality—regardless of how little sleep I may have had the night before. The question arises: why wake up so early?
One reason for my early rise is the tranquility that envelops this hour. The world is quiet, and I find a sense of calm that allows my mind to be focused and clear. Additionally, starting my day earlier affords me the opportunity to tackle various activities without distraction. I can catch up on work left from the previous day and plan for what lies ahead.
Moreover, this time allows me to prioritize my health with a good workout, including ample time to play pickleball. Setting a specific wake-up time is essential for me, as I value every moment. I strive to maximize my day—what about you?
